Smiling Tiger Studios is operated by artists Jorge Davila & Charli Seely, who met and began collaborating while enrolled in the Sign Graphics course at Los Angeles Trade Technical College in Southern California.

Charli & Jorge bring to the table over a decade of experience painting signs and large-scale public art, and have established Smiling Tiger Studios with a shared love of both.
